Nominated as the Republican Nominee for CU Regent/4thCD
My message has resonated, and it showed at the 4th Congressional Assembly on Friday when I received 87% of the vote. I am honored to be the Republican nominee for CU Regent representing the 4th Congressional District. I’ve worked hard to get to this point, and now it’s time to focus on November.
My platform for Intellectual Diversity in higher education will be more important than ever during the general election. Financial accountability is crucial as well, especially with continued tuition hikes. Programs must be streamlined and waste eliminated.
Ronald Reagan in his farewell address said “An informed patriotism is what we want”. For most of our history we learned love of country at a young age: what made America great, how hard it was to gain liberty, and how important it is to retain our liberty. College students are graduating with degrees but not an education on our Constitution or the greatness of our nation. How are we to retain our liberty without that education? The Center for Western Civilization needs to continue making progress and ideological bias in the classroom must cease to be an issue for our students.
What’s next? I’m looking for volunteers, and my focus on fundraising is stronger than ever. A contribution of $10, $20, $50 or more will make a tremendous difference. Click on the Donate Now tab to contribute to our campaign.
To continue building a strong campaign, I will need help from you. I have a proven reputation for working hard, but I can’t do it on my own. Please join me in making a difference in higher education.
